Meghan King Edmonds’ daughter was being treated for a misshapen head with a medical helmet, but now baby Aspen could be in the clear! Click through these slides to get the latest on the tiniest RHOC star.
Meghan, her husband Jim and their baby Aspen were in Cabo to celebrate his daughter Lauren’s wedding — and Aspen was spotted without her helmet.
The 6-month-old even relaxed poolside without her accessory. Apsen was first spotted with the helmet in April, and Meghan, 32, never disclosed how long she would wear it for.
Her head was covered in wedding photos, but it is unclear if the helmet is underneath her bonnet.
Meghan removed her head covering for the celebrations though!
Aspen posed with a crown instead of a helmet for her six-month photo shoot as well.
RadarOnline.com previously reported that Apsen was being treated for a misshapen head formed during the RHOC star’s pregnancy.
"When she was born, I noticed pretty much right away that her head was a little misshaped and my pediatrician said it happens sometimes when they come through the birth canal, so just rotate her when she sleeps," Meghan revealed to The Daily Dish. "She had kind of a tight neck, so I had to do physical therapy with her, stretches. Well then as she got a little bit older, I noticed her head was improving, but it was still not great. So at that point that was when my doctor recommended that if I wanted to I could take her to a helmet place.”
“It turns out that doctors see a lot of babies like Aspen with their heads like that when the mom is really small and has a small pelvis," she explained. "And Aspen was so far down low when I was pregnant that she formed to the shape of my pelvis. And it makes sense cause when I did the 3-D ultrasound, they were never able to see her face cause she was so low so I never got to see her."
