Looking good? Leah Messer debuted her new figure in a teeny pink bikini alongside her cousin and sister on Instagram.
But fans were quick to skinny shame the mother-of-three! "She looks sick," one commenter wrote, as another slammed, "Leah you can see your bones. Put on some weight!"

The MTV star, who admitted to taking prescription painkillers, but never confessed to having a drug problem despite rumors, was even accused of abusing substances.

"Considering how bad drug abuse is in her area, she's probably back abusing her meds. So sad," a hater wrote, as another commented, "She doesn't need to eat more… she needs to get off drugs."

The bikini shots are a drastic change from when Messer was photographed during a family beach day in August 2015.
