The MTV star filed a "motion to modify" custody regarding Kaiser in November after spending months arguing with Griffith, her baby daddy. "Nathan has been telling everyone that Jenelle is violating the custody order by not letting him see Kaiser, but she told him he could visit supervised under her observation," Evans' friend Jennifer Holt told RadarOnline.com. "He doesn't like that, so so far he has chosen not to see Kaiser at all."

Evans previously was granted primary physical custody of their son, but she asked a judge to change that arrangement in her motion. "The real reason he isn't seeing Kaiser is because he's mentally unstable and he's telling people she's just being a b***h," Holt told RadarOnline.com.  Indeed, Evans claimed Griffith was mentally unstable in her court filing.

According to the court documents filed by Evans, "Defendant communicated to plaintiff that defendant's mental health is not stable and that he is unable to care for the minor child."

Evans' friend made shocking claims to RadarOnline.com about the depths of Griffith's problems. "People don't have any idea" about what's really happening, Holt said. "He even said that he wanted to pick up and move to London. He would say things like, 'I'm not in a good position mentally to take care of Kaiser.'"

The court documents filed by Evans' attorney gave more reasons as to why she believes he is unfit to have unsupervised visits with Kaiser. "Defendant communicated to plaintiff that he has plans to move out of the country in the near future," the paper work states, also claiming, "Defendant has multiple pending criminal charges." Griffith and his attorney did not respond to RadarOnline.com's request for comment.

The last photo Griffith posted of Kaiser on social media was in November, but Holt told RadarOnline.com that he had not seen his son in weeks. "Nathan isn't even asking to see Kaiser at all," she claimed. "He could come to Jenelle's house and that would be ok or if his mom is home then that is fine too. But he's making this decision."
