Moore arrived at the Seedling Launch party in Los Angeles last night, looking very tight-faced. According to top plastic surgeon Tony Youn, M.D., "Demi appears to have had extensive plastic surgery to her face."

"I suspect that she has had injections of a filler like Sculptra into her cheeks, making them plumper," Dr. Youn tells Radar.

"Her lips also appear quite enhanced, likely due to an injectable filler like Restylane," says Dr. Youn, who has not treated Moore.

Seen here in 2011, prior to her messy divorce from her ex-husband of 8 years Ashton Kutcher, Moore looked much younger than her age of 52.
Celebrity aesthetic specialist Zara Harutyunyan, D.O.M., R.N., with Cosmetic Rejevenation agrees with Dr. Youn's estimate of Moore's face and says, "It looks to me like she has had mid-face augmentation with the help of either cheek implants or dermal fillers, such as Radiesse or Voluman."

During this time, she was married to Bruce Willis, now 60, with whom she had three children – Rumer, 26, Tallulah Belle,21, and Scout Le Rue, 23.
In addition to her face, Harutyunyan, who has also not treated Moore, tells Radar, "Demi appears to have undergone a breast augmentation in the past, as signified by the excess roundness of the upper breasts. This is a common appearance with breast implants that are placed in somebody who is quite thin."
"It's also possible that she has undergone laser treatments to the skin around her knees causing the skin to be tighter, smoother, and less wrinkled," she adds.
Dr. Youn also noticed the difference in her knees and says, "She might have undergone fat grafting for the skin laxity for the thin, bony knees."
