The mysterious doctor who claimed to have cured Charlie Sheen of HIV has come forward with his most outrageous claim yet: RadarOnline.com has learned that Dr. Samir Chachoua filed a police report in Mexico on June 9, claiming he was recently assaulted and robbed by a gang of thugs potentially hired by his former patient!

As RadarOnline.com reported, Sheen claimed during a January appearance on The Dr. Oz Show that he had stopped taking HIV medications after undergoing alternative treatment in Mexico. In February, Dr. Chachoua came forward to claim he had treated Sheen successfully in Mexico for months, but Sheen later denied that they had enjoyed any kind of long-term relationship. Chachoua said he'd cured the actor, even allegedly injecting himself with Sheen's blood to prove the miracle had occurred, but Sheen later distanced himself from the allegations.
The relationship between the two seemed to be over until this week, when Chachoua filed a police report in Zacatecas, Mexico, on June 9, alleging Sheen's possible connection with a brutal attack! RadarOnline.com obtained a police complaint written in Spanish and translated it. A local newspaper also published details about the incident described therein.

Chachoua said he was out shopping for snacks on the evening of June 6, when he dropped his LG cellphone. Returning to look for it, he claims, "I heard a voice telling me, 'Looking for this?'" Chachoua claimed he saw two men in their late 20s staring down at him.

"At the moment I was telling these people to give me back my phone, I felt a strong blow on the back of my head and felt that they had injected me with something, so that I fell to the floor and they began to hit me. But in that moment I didn't feel the blows, and it was at that moment that both of them began to search me and they took my money," he claimed in the police report.
"They told me they were about to inject me with AIDS blood," he stated in the complaint. "But then they continued hitting me." Chachoua said he fought back — and one of the men pulled out a firearm. "But at that time his partner told him, 'Don't kill him, because if you kill him, we won't get paid.'"
Chachoua said they left him bloodied and beaten, with a note that read, in part: "We are not criminals; we are justice … We reject the charlatans … You almost killed Charlie Sheen If the law does not allow us to take action, justice will inspire us. We are not fans of Charlie, but no other celebrity has fought to cure AIDS. "This is an insult to Mexico, our intelligence, and medical investigators. No more!"
Adding to the intrigue, Chachoua claimed that when he looked at his phone after the alleged attack, he found that a series of text messages had been sent to unknown numbers without his consent. According to the police report, he claimed they read, "HE IS BACK … DO WE DO THIS," "TELL CHARLIE NEED ANOTHER 1000," Chachoua said in the report he is demanding a full investigation so he can recoup his damages, and wants the alleged attackers identified and brought to justice.
Chachoua further criticized Sheen, 50, in a recent interview with the local newspaper, Imagen de Zacatecas. "Charlie was very ill, almost dying of liver failure. I cured him myself. I was asked to say that he was cured by the medicine of another company, a much larger company, because they would pay several million dollars, and offered me money if I gave credit to them," he claimed. "It was a request I refused, so Sheen started to verbally attack me, saying that my treatment was bad."
Chachoua said although he fears for his life, he will not be intimidated, and will continue his work. "I'm afraid, but I am confident that there will be justice and they will go on to investigate," he said.. "While I do my job, they will do mine, which is to save the lives of people with money or no money, but who have the right to live without pain."
As RadarOnline.com reported, Sheen recently bought an estate in Rosarito, Mexico, roughly 24 hours by land northwest from Zacatecas. Reps for Sheen did not immediately respond to RadarOnline.com's request for comment.
