As RadarOnline.com readers know, Brad and Angie reached a legal agreement about the custody of their six kids this week, according to Jolie's rep, but sources close to the couple claim their battle is far from over.

"We can confirm that childcare professionals have encouraged a legal agreement accepted and signed by both sides over a week ago," Jolie's rep said in a statement. "In accordance with this agreement, the six children will stay in their mother's custody, and the children will continue therapeutic visits with their father. This has been determined by childcare professionals to be in the children's best interest.We are not in a position to discuss the details. We hope now that it is clear that the events which led to the dissolution filing involved minor children and their wellbeing, there will be understanding of the sensitivity of the family situation. We believe that all sides are committed to healing the family and ask for your consideration during this difficult time."

A temporary custody plan was established last month, requiring Pitt to meet with his children only under supervision, and to undergo voluntary drug and alcohol testing. On Monday, a source close to the Hollywood couple claimed Jolie would attempt to maintain her primary physical custody "until he gets his s**t together."

As RadarOnline.com readers know, the shocking split stemmed from an alleged incident that took place between a boozed-up Pitt and one of the kids on a private plane on September 14, 2016. Pitt was blindsided by the divorce filing, which, Jolie claimed in a statement, was done "for the health of the family."
