From Homeless To Bachelor Mansion! Colton Underwood’s Contestant Demi Evicted Twice

Demi Burnett was evicted from her own home twice years before moving into The Bachelor mansion to fight for Colton Underwood’s heart, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
In court papers obtained from Hays County Justice Court in Texas, Capstone Cottages of San Marcos filed a petition for eviction against Burnett on March 16, 2015.
In the petition, the Plaintiff stated Burnett has been a tenant since August 1, 2014. In a written lease, she agreed to pay $694 per month the first of each month.
The landlord attached a written notice on the entry door to vacate the premises on March 9th, 2015.
The landlord requested possession of the premises and for Burnett to pay $2,335.46 in back rent, court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.
The eviction hearing was scheduled for April 2, 2015.
Burnett did not answer or appear. The Plaintiff was granted possession of the premises and Burnett was ordered to pay a judgment of $2,074.46.
The Clerk of Court exclusively told RadarOnline.com that Burnett has yet to pay the amount. Five percent interest is accrued every year it is not paid.
Burnett didn’t have much luck for her next apartment. In court papers obtained from Travis County Court in Texas, her new landlord Blue Rock Property MGMT LLC DBA Fox Hill Apartments hit her with an eviction notice on August 20, 2015.
Burnett and her roommate Darby Ray signed a lease on May 8, 2015 for $1,225 per month.

The Plaintiff requested the court evict the Defendants and have them pay back rent of $1,225.
A hearing was scheduled for September 10, 2015. Burnett and Ray did not appear in court. The court ordered the Defendants to vacate the premises and pay a judgment in the amount of $1,633.33.
The Clerk of Court exclusively told RadarOnline.com that Burnett still owes the sum, plus accrued costs and court costs in the amount of $356. She also owes 5 percent interest per year.
The Bachelor contestants were officially announced earlier today. The 23-year-old interior designer is described as “one to watch,” as she gets “hot and heavy” with Underwood on night one!
The Bachelor airs Monday, January 7 at 8/7c on ABC.
