Judge Tosses Allison Mack’s Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker

A judge dismissed the restraining order Allison Mack was initially granted against an alleged male stalker on Friday, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

The ex Smallville actress who is currently awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges, accused a man named Thomas Sekera of stalking her outside of her parents’ California home where she is under house arrest. Her request for a temporary restraining order was granted on Nov. 20.

On Friday, court records viewed by RadarOnline.com showed the court dismissed Mack’s claim in its entirety without prejudice. This means Mack could refile on the matter if she chooses.

The troubled actress claimed Sekera had allegedly camped outside of her parents’ home and peeked through the windows while she was inside. Mack also claimed Sekera said he wanted to “help” the former star.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Allison is one of six defendants awaiting trial for racketeering, sex trafficking and forced labor charges due to her alleged involvement in the NXIVM cult.
