He claimed she hit him in the face with her fist, and began “swinging erratically.”

“Rogers had dried blood on his bottom lip along with blood on his bottom teeth,” a responding officer said in the police report.

Harley — whose name was misspelled as “Hurley” in the report and also goes by last name Sturm — then “picked up a baseball bat,” Rogers claimed.

Rogers showed cops a bite mark on his arm and walked away with “scratches” and a “lump from trying to control” her, the report claimed.

The 31-year-old mom recounted her side of the story, claiming her ex “knocked down a few shelves” and she “got in his face and told him to get out.”

She alleged her ex-hubby “put her in a headlock” and she bit him in “self-defense.”

She also claimed she only grabbed the baseball bat in “self-defense” to “scare” him.

All of this allegedly happened when the couple was already divorced, but dating again.

Harley ended up not facing jail time because the case was dismissed.

Ortiz-Magro, 32, and Harley began dating in 2017, announced the pregnancy later that year.
