Teresa Giudice may be counting down the days until she’s released from prison at the beginning of 2016, but she’s going to have a tough time facing reality once she’s back in New Jersey.
RadarOnline.com has learned that Joe Giudice has once again put the family’s Towaco Lake, NJ, mansion on the market after he unsuccessfully tried to unload it in February.
As Radar reported, the reality dad was so desperate to get rid of the 10,000 square foot behemoth that he took it off the market and was willing to let it fall into foreclosure.
Surprisingly, it wasn’t the financial obligation of maintaining a 6-bedroom home that had Joe up in arms.
An insider tells Radar that Joe “took it off because he didn’t want to have to shovel out for open houses and viewings — now that the snow melted he put it back on.”
Despite Joe’s questionable approach to financial decisions, the “simply stunning” pad is listed at a whopping $2,999,900, which would mean around a roughly $15,000 monthly mortgage payment for anyone willing to plunk down 30 percent for the home that features six bedrooms, an office, a billiards room and two garages that can fit five cars.
