Is North West really destined to be Kim Kardahian and Kanye West's "only one?" As the couple call it quits — for now — on their efforts to give the baby girl a sibling, RadarOnline.com has learned that Kardashian's been hiding her real reasons for postponing another pregnancy.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Kardashian has been open about her struggles to conceive the second time around. But according to insiders, that's not the only issue.

"She is definitely experiencing ," an insider told RadarOnline.com.

But, according to the insider, "It goes much deeper than that."

"Kim is absolutely terrified of getting fat and she thinks that if she got fat again, she would not be able to handle the criticism."

"This whole 'struggle to conceive' thing also makes for good ratings because she thinks that people can relate," the source tells RadarOnline.com.

Season 10 of KUWTK, which premiered last night, documents Kardashian's struggle. In past episodes, she brought cameras into her doctor appointments where she discussed such things as freezing her eggs, as well as other methods such as in vitro fertilization.

As RadarOnline.com reported, she also asked her sister Kourtney to be a surrogate for her. But the source insists, "That is never going to happen. If this is going to happen it will not be with the help of her family."
