Chelsea Houska has been focusing on getting healthy, inside and out. The Teen Mom 2 fan-favorite dropped bad boy baby daddy Adam Lind from her life for good, and even started a exercise and diet regimen to feel strong and fit.

Nearly a year after first vowing to get in shape, the results are obvious: The single mom of Aubree, 4, is looking trim and sexy in her Instagram selfies.

But it hasn’t been easy!

“Chelsea goes to the gym 4-5 times a week,” a friend of the South Dakota-based cosmetologist, 22, exclusively tells RadarOnline.com. “She loves kickboxing, cardio, and weight-lifting.”

Instead of working out alone, Houska sticks to group classes at Kosama fitness center in her local Sioux Falls. “She gets her butt kicked every time, but in a good way!” the insider adds.

And she’s making healthy eating a family affair.

“Chelsea cooks nutritious meals for herself and Aubree,” the source explains of the mother-daughter pair, who just moved into a gorgeous new four-bedroom home. “She makes veggie juice every morning. And little Aubree loves her broccoli!”

“Chelsea knows it’s important to teach her daughter about living well. Sometimes, Aubree watches Chelsea work out and tries to imitate what she’s doing. It’s so cute!”

Not only fans are noticing Houska’s sexy new look: Though she told Dr. Drew on the April 22 Teen Mom 2 reunion show she’s currently single, a friend reveals that the red-haired beauty is seeing someone.

“She doesn’t like to talk about it much, because it’s so new. And he’s in the public eye!” the friend confesses. “But he’s very handsome and a great guy. She’s so happy!”
