Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott Evicted! Ordered To 'Pay Or Quit' Their L.A. Home

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott were ordered to "pay or quit" their Los Angeles rental home, with a notice going up on the gates to the property on January 6.
The embarrassing notice says that "pursuit to the residential lease agreement dated March 28, 2013...there is now due, unpaid, delinquent rent in the amount of $7,750."
Apparently without coming to an agreement with their landlord, the troubled couple had actually quietly moved out of the house, in L.A.'s Tarzana district, on December 15, as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported.
They'd vacated their $7,750 a month house after only eight and a half months.

In a head-shaking move, the pair also left one of their SUVs parked, unlocked, on the street outside the house for three weeks after their move!
They also left some of their households goods behind and only returned to retrieve them AFTER the eviction notice was posted.
They've now gone on to another -- more expensive rental -- just a few minutes away. The new property is costing Spelling and McDermott $10,500 a month, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
The couple has been struggling of late, with Spelling confessing to financial troubles and the shocking revelations that McDermott cheated on his reality TV star wife.
And in another bizarre twist, Spelling last week adopted a puppy although it has now been reported that she's been boarding her previous pooch with a former assistant since 2011 and had recently stopped paying the $525 a month agreed fee.
"This is a life spinning totally out of control," one longtime Spelling watcher tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.
