Bristol Palin’s baby daddy Levi Johnston made a bold move to regain equal custody of the little boy he shares with his ex-fiancée.
Former Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin’s daughter is in a new custody battle with Johnson over their 4-year-old son, Tripp, and he filed court papers to gain custody back according to the Associated Press.
The estranged pair have fought over the little boy for years, with Bristol complaining that her baby daddy never paid any child support, and Johnston claiming that his ex refused to let him see the boy.

After Johnston filed the petition to regain 50/50 custody Bristol’s attorney’s told the court that he owes her $66,000 in back child support.
Johnston and Bristol never married, but he tied the knot with Sunny Oglesby in 2012 and they have a daughter together, named Breeze Beretta Johnston.
