Bob Newhart and his wife, Ginny, have listed their sprawling estate in L.A.'s Bel Air neighborhood. The asking price is $15.5 million.
The legendary funny man -- one of the most successful actors in TV sitcom history -- and his wife of 50 years have owned the Wallace Neff-designed mansion since 1990. They paid $4.2 million for it at the time and then did a major remodeled and expanded it.
The 9,169 sq. ft. main house has spacious living, dining and family rooms, plus a cooks kitchen. The massive master suite has his and her baths.
