Not every star got it right on the fashion front this week!

From the red carpet of the biggest movie premieres and exclusive events to the city streets, Hollywood’s hottest stars were dressed to rock and shock in the best, worst & wackiest fashions – and RadarOnline.com has all the wardrobe winners and style sinners in our weekly fashion feature!

Sometimes simple can be oh-so-sexy and stylish! Cameron Diaz looked fabulous at forty at the Netlflix-sponsored London premiere of Gambit, showing off her luscious legs in a cream and black Stella McCartney dress paired with Burberry heels, bling from Solange Azagury Patridge, Tom Binns and X3 Pomellato, finishing off the look with an Anya Hindmarch clutch.

Other notable looks included Kristen Stewart at the New York screening of On the Road, wearing a tight leather A.L.C. sleeved dress with gladiator biker style Barbara Bui sandals, Jessica Alba in Valentino at the Baby2Baby gala and Kate Middleton, aka The Duchess of Cambridge, recycling her gorgeous Temperley London gown, adding a red bowed Alexander McQueen clutch, for a benefit at the University of St. Andrews.

Kim Kardashian experienced yet another fashion disaster in London, looking like she stepped out of The Matrix in lots of leather and her Rick Owens futuristic eyewear, while Christina Aguilera channeled Avril Lavigne at a press event for The Voice.

As for wacky, Mischa Barton donned several funky fascinators in Australia for the Melbourne Cup, and Alan Cumming dressed up in clown couture for the 2012 BAFTA Los Angeles Britannia Awards.
