Melissa & Joe Gorga Selling Second New Jersey Home: Take A Peek Inside!

After listing their massive mansion because they couldn’t afford the mammoth mortgage payments, Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Melissa and Joe Gorga are cutting even more costs by putting their summer house on the market too.
While it pales in comparison to the $3.8 million price tag of the Montville Township estate, the successful sale of the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Toms River house would help ease their crippling financial problems.
"Melissa and Joe are in way over their heads. Joe owes a lot of people money. They have the house on the market because they can't pay the mortgage now that the interest rate on it has exploded," a source close to the couple exclusively told RadarOnline.com last month.
Listed at $520,000, the latest piece of real estate covers 684 square feet and like the much larger main house, the waterfront property benefited from the talents of custom builder Joe.

With an outdoor saltwater pool and patio area complete with outdoor kitchen and fireplace, the main point of this place is to be as near to the water as possible, reported Zillow.com.
