Actor George Clooney has won his lawsuit against Italian company GC Exclusive for using his likeness and name without his permission for their clothing line.
Three defendants were named in the suit, and all three were convicted.
Vanja Goffi was sentenced to three years and 10 months in prison, Francesco Galdelli got three years and six months and Managing Director Vincenzo Cannalire received one year and 10 months in jail.
