Kourtney Kardashian’s baby daddy Scott Disick is the villain in most people’s eyes, but it seems like he’s turning a new leaf, with a nicer attitude and a better body, which he shows off on the cover of Men’s Fitness magazine.

“I don’t care how people feel about me,” Scott said to the magazine.

“I’ve definitely had a couple of low points in my life,” he acknowledged in Men’s Fitness, on sale March 28.

“I’m sure people think it’s the worst thing in the world to relive something like that over and over on TV, but I saw it as a blessing in disguise.”

When his son Mason was born a year ago he started to change his wicked ways, the ones that earned him the nickname ‘Douche Lord’ from Khloe Kardashian

“I realized on my way to the hospital to get surgery on my broken hand that this childish nonsense wasn’t the right path for me.”

He said he didn’t go to rehab but depended on “a good support system of family and friends,” to help him reform his partying lifestyle.

Scott revealed in this exclusive video that he’s now in a healthy groove and likes the results he gets.

“It’s nice to be on the right track,” he said about his lifestyle changes.

“Whether I was running on the beach or swimming a few laps in the pool, I started to feel better about myself,” Scott admitted.

“After a few months of staying healthy, it got easier to see there was a better life out there, and I didn’t want to look back on the other one.”
