Jordan Bratman is staying silent on the subject of his ex-wife, and baby momma, Christina Aguilera’s arrest early Tuesday morning.

RadarOnline.com caught up with the music executive at his Santa Monica home today as he headed off to the park with the couple’s son, Max, and we can bring you the exclusive video.

Life is obviously going on as normal for the loving father and son, and there’s no doubting their close relationship as the doting dad playfully swung the cute two-year-old on to his shoulders.

But when asked if Jordan had any comment regarding Aguilera’s incarceration for public intoxication, he clammed up and pled the fifth...refusing to make any comment on the situation.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Aguilera filed for divorce on October 14 from Bratman, her husband of nearly five years, citing irreconcilable differences.

Aguilera was arrested around 2.45 am Tuesday morning, for public intoxication, after her boyfriend Matt Rutler’s car was spotted “driving erratically” and he was pulled over and charged with a DUI.
