Miley Cyrus – on the verge of turning 18 – got a jump on celebrating her birthday after attending the American Music Awards Sunday night – by getting extremely cozy with a guy at hip night spot Trousdale in West Hollywood, CA.

Once again, Miley stepped out wearing a very adult outfit – in this case, it was tight black leather pants and a black leather bra.
It may surprise you (or maybe not) to hear that Miley’s mom, Tish, was also at the club, where Miley was presented with a giant cake that almost looked like a wedding cake. Other celebs joining them included Ke$ha, Kelly Osbourne, Rumer Willis and Glee‘s Mark Salling.
Earlier at the AMAs, a barefoot Miley performed her song, Forgiveness and Love.
