Oksana Grigorieva’s Mother Testifies In Custody Battle Over Baby Lucia

Oksana Grigorieva’s mother, Lyudmila Chernukha, took the stand today in a Los Angeles courtroom and testified for nearly 45 minutes, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The Russian singer was in court all day Monday with baby Lucia’s father, Mel Gibson, while the two battle out their custody issues surrounding the one-year-old.

RadarOnline.com was there as Grigorieva got a hug from her mother after she emerged, smiling, from the closed door court hearing.

Grigorieva’s attorney’s had no comment about their day in court.

Also in the courthouse was Gibson’s nanny who waited all day in the hallway to be called to testify, but never was.

Gibson emerged with his attorney’s shortly before 5 p.m., and had no comment about the proceedings.
