It's TV's biggest night, and RadarOnline.com is counting down to Sunday's star-studded Emmy Awards in Los Angeles.

Over the years, the red carpet of the Emmy Awards has been graced with many gorgeous starlets in dazzling diamonds and glamorous gowns who are not only competing for the television trophy, but also for a coveted spot on the Best Dressed list!

Who reigned the red carpet of the 2004 show? Why, Jennifer Aniston, of course. Wearing a stunning, impeccably beaded Chanel strapless gown, the former Friends star was definitely the envy of every girl on the red carpet -- and not just because of her dress. She had the most sought after accessory in town on her arm: then hubby Brad Pitt!

When Katherine Heigl scored her Grey's Anatomy Emmy Awards in 2007, the bombshell blonde got glamorous Old Hollywood style, wearing a white hot fishtail gown designed by Zac Posen, which she finished off with a perfect red pout.

Olivia Wilde shed her House scrubs for the red carpet in 2009, showing off her perfectly toned figure in super sexy style. The hot doc dropped jaws in a daringly delightful Marchesa Spring 2010 gown, which almost looked like it was painted onto her body!
