As RadarOnline.com reported, Melissa and Jeremy say they discovered their car had a flat tire after leaving a Palm Springs Jack In The Box on June 10. Three men offered to help them fix the flat and when London tried to give them a ride home, they robbed him at gunpoint and made him smoke drugs.
That was after Melissa was given a ride home.
EXCLUSIVE: Jeremy London & Wife Both Undergoing Drug Testing, Lost Custody Of Son
Many are skeptical of the actor’s story, especially because he is undergoing regular drug testing after losing custody of his son Lyrik, 3.
Melissa defended her husbands against those critics.
“I just hope this never happens to them,” she said of people who doubt Jeremy’s story. “Police told us this is the new thing to do down here... rob people at gunpoint and make them do drugs so they won’t be reliable witnesses. It’s happening more and more.

“I can tell you that Jeremy was scared for his life. He’s still scared. This is real. It really happened and we’re working with police to get these guys behind bars.”
As RadarOnline.com reported, Palm Springs police arrested 26-year-old Brandon “Smiley” Adams in connection with London’s kidnapping. He is currently being held on $500,000 bail. Police are searching for two more suspects, one of whom goes by the street name “Little N”.
“We’re working with police to get the other two guys behind bars,” Melissa told RadarOnline.com. “Brandon Adams has already given a partial confession. As a woman and as a mother, I just want these people behind bars.”
Both Jeremy and Melissa are set to tell their story in a television interview on Monday.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the couple have been struggling for money in recent months and are working together to regain custody of their son. Both London and his wife Melissa must undergo random drug testing as part of their effort to regain custody.
