Jesse James’ ex wife Janine Lindemulder was in Orange County court Thursday trying to work out a visitation agreement with Jesse for their daughter Sunny, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.
RadarOnline.com was in the courthouse as Jesse’s lawyers brought an ex parte motion.
Janine told RadarOnline.com, “I am just trying to see my daughter again.”
And in court, Jesse’s lawyer indicated that he is now willing to work out a visitation agreement with Janine, reversing an earlier position.
Meanwhile, Jesse was in court in Los Angeles where he is the defendant in a suit brought by a clothing manufacturer.
Earlier this month, Janine was denied visitation with Sunny and a June 17 hearing was set. Jesse realized he is likely to be tied up with the other trial and had his lawyers go into court Thursday to try to resolve the situation.
The details have not been worked out yet but could be finalized Thursday.
The matter is before Commissioner Thomas Schulte. The parties appeared before Schulte and then were sent away to try to make a deal.
Previously. Jesse’s sister Julie, blasted Janine, who was just recently released from a half-way house, for driving under the influence with Sunny in the car. But in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Janine’s mom Jonlyn Jeter denies that.
“It is not true that Janine drove under the influence with Sunny,” Jonlyn told RadarOnline.com. She also claimed that Jesse’s sister “flip flops” in her opinions about her famous brother.
“I have emails that I’ve given the court, where Jesse’s sister is highly critical of him,” Jesse’s former mother-in-law tells RadarOnline.com
James and Lindemulder, a stripper and adult film star, were married briefly. When Janine went to prison on tax charges, Jesse took over as Sunny’s sole parent, which continued while Lindemulder was in a half-way house.
Sandra Bullock actively assumed the role of stepmom to Sunny while she was living with Jesse, before his chronic cheating was exposed.
