Lindsay Lohan, who flew to New York last week to be with her mother following the sudden death of Dina‘s bother, was back in Hollywood Friday night, partying into the early morning hours even though her uncle’s funeral was today on the East Coast.

Lindsay landed at LAX at about 10 pm Friday, made a quick pit stop at home to change, and then made her way to Chateau Marmont and finally, the hot new nightclub, Drai’s Hollywood, according to X17. It was 2:30 am Saturday before she headed back home.

Lindsay’s uncle, who she called “amazing” in a Tweet she sent out following his death, is Dina’s brother Chris Sullivan. Although he’d been ill for some time, his death was unexpected.

Lindsay isn’t saying why she didn’t stay in New York to support her mother at the funeral service.

Lindsay’s next court hearing on the status of her alcohol-diversion treatment is May 20.
