EXCLUSIVE: Prosecutor To Radar - I Want Proof Lindsay Had A Plane Ticket

Lindsay Lohan was a no-show for her court date Thursday in Los Angeles, and RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that the prosecutor in the case wants proof that Lindsay had a plane ticket to return to the U.S. before claiming her passport was stolen.

Danette Meyers, the district attorney handling the case, told RadarOnline.com exclusively: “I will be asking Judge Marsha Revel to have Lindsay and her lawyer bring her plane ticket -- which would prove that she planned on being here in court today.”

Meyers made her comments right before court, where the judge using a bench warrant for Lindsay’s arrest.

"However, Meyers told us exclusively.

Lohan was snapped boarding a boat in Cannes Harbor Wednesday night in France. She sent an e-mail to her inner circle -- that RadarOnline.com exclusively obtained Wednesday -- begging for a jet to get back to the states after she claims her passport was stolen.

Lohan's Thursday court session was for the purpose of updating authorities on the progress she's making in her alcohol education program. While the program filed a document with the court saying Lohan is in compliance, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that Judge Revel is not happy with the film star's recent antics, and Thursday's developments proved that.
