Kendra Wilkinson reacted with public outrage when a porn company announced it was going to release her homemade sex tape – but RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively she had her own manager meet with the company to release the tape!

Kendra had her former manager Matt Cohen secretly meet with Vivid in 2008 about releasing her sex tape, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.

RadarOnline.com was first to reveal that Kendra shopped her sex tape and even formed a company, Home Run Productions, LLC for the sale. Those actions are in stark contrast to the outrage she has expressed publicly now.

Now we’ve discovered she had her own manager meet with the porn company.

"Back in June of 2008, a guy who said he was Kendra's manager, Matt Cohen, came up to me and said that she had a sex tape and was willing to sign off on it,” said Kevin Blatt, a celebrity sex tape broker.

“I deal with a lot of unsavory people in my industry and for someone to approach me and say Kendra has a tape and is willing to sign off on it while she was living at the mansion, I thought, ‘No way is this true.’ But in this case it was!"

The encounter was in Las Vegas at the Hard Rock Hotel during the AVN awards show for the porn industry, RadarOnline.com learned. Blatt added: “The general public doesn't know how these deals go on" referring to how some celebrities secretly sign off on their own sex tapes, while publicly protesting that they are being released.

Cohen was Kendra's manager from 2004 until 2008.

When reached by RadarOnline.com, Cohen declined to comment, and would only confirm that he worked as Kendra's manager for several years. He would not comment on the allegations that Kendra had asked him to contact porn companies on her behalf regarding the tape.

But RadarOnline.com confirmed that fact with multiple sources and also saw documents showing that Kendra had planned to sell the tape, which she made at age 18 with her then-boyfriend, even AFTER she met Hank Baskett, her husband.

Kendra hired Lavely & Singer to represent her when news of the sex tape being released first became public weeks ago but she has not commented since then. And she had not addressed RadarOnline.com’s revelations that she secretly shopped the tape herself.
