EXCLUSIVE: Judge Orders Lindsay Lohan To Appear In Court Thursday
May 18 2010, Published 11:30 a.m. ET
Lindsay Lohan is being ordered to appear at her DUI progress report hearing on Thursday, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Judge Marsha Revel and Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley were in chambers in Beverly Hills, California late Monday discussing the case, RadarOnline.com learned.
The judge is inclined to find that Lohan has violated probation, a source told RadarOnline.com. The judge has ordered Lindsay to appear in court.
Lindsay is currently in Cannes but the progress report is scheduled for Thursday morning in Beverly Hills. As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported this morning that Lohan's progress report from the alcohol education was "very good," according to a source close to the actress.
But that report is not enough to satisfy the judge, we hear. While she is technically in compliance with requirements for her alcohol education class, Lohan has not attended them consistently enough to satisfy the judge.
