Notorious party girl Lindsay Lohan clearly isn’t taking notice of her friends advice to check into rehab.

While those closest to her tell RadarOnline.com they’re “growing increasingly worried” about the troubled starlet, a disheveled looking Lohan was out and about — again — in Hollywood on Friday night.
She arrived at a house party shortly after 12am with a drink in her hand.

Despite a month of hard partying, Lohan recently declared she was healthy and happier than ever and declared she had put her substance-abuse problems behind her.
But her recent behavior, including all night drinking benders, may suggest otherwise.

Dr. Drew Pinsky, who is not treating Lohan, told RadarOnline.com she should be arrested and sent to rehab.
“If she were my daughter, I would pack her car full with illegal substances, send her on her way, call the police, and make sure she was arrested,” the board certified addiction specialist said.
