The house was listed for $5 million. Halle bought it in 2001 for $2.275 million. It’s a two-bedroom, 2 bath Mediterranean-style home in the 90210 zip code and was built in 1948.

As Halle and Gabriel decided to end their relationship, the house went up for sale. RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that it is no longer listed.

RadarOnline.com learned that Gabriel wants the house they own together in Canada and Halle has agree to that. He also wants 50/50 custody of their 2-year-old daughter and Halle has also agreed to that.

The amicable split was initiated by Gabriel, a source who knows the situation told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Halle employed the services of Judy Bogen, a family law attorney from top Beverly Hills law firm, Hersch Mannis and Bogen, to iron out a custody and division of property agreement and the couple has defied Hollywood tradition by keeping things friendly and working out a deal they are both happy with.
