Former Playboy Playmate / reality TV vixen Rikki Mongeon’s health is finally starting to improve after the horrific car accident that resulted in her being put into a medical coma for four days. Rikki’s twin sister Vikki spoke exclusively with RadarOnline.com and gave the good news that her sister is “doing a lot better.”
After having emergency surgery on March 2nd, Rikki was placed in a medically induced coma, and her sister Vikki told RadarOnline.com about her intense battle after coming out of the coma on March 6th. “The two days following the coma while in the ICU were the hardest part because she was having crazy nightmares and she was hallucinating,” Vikki said. “It was so difficult because she didn’t know what was a dream and what was reality and she was trying to pull out the cords.”
The twins are the blonde bombshells who have posed for Playboy and gained fame while starring in the MTV show A Double Shot of Love. Vikki told RadarOnline.com what her beautiful sister looks like now. “Rikki has to wear a helmet to protect her skull where the bones fragments are missing and her speech is still slurred. She can walk but her left arm and hand just hang there. We have to watch for seizures and luckily she hasn’t had any yet.”

Vikki told RadarOnline.com what the future holds for Rikki. “We are getting an apartment in Bakersfield to be near my parent’s house. She will be in physical rehabilitation three hours every other day for the next three months, and then they will operate and replace parts of her skull.”
Vikki reached a milestone on Monday that the family was celebrating. “We were really excited today because she stood on her toes and she was able to squeeze her left hand.”
The accident has taken a toll on the family, but Rikki and Vikki are happy living at their parent’s house. “We are doing a lot better,” Rikki said. “My family is just so happy to all be together and watch her get better. We hope for a full recovery and the doctors even said she could probably drive again in 6 months.”
