Sean Penn Charged With Battery & Vandalism

Two-time Academy Award winner Sean Penn was officially charged Friday with criminal battery and vandalism in connection with an altercation with paparazzi, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to police, the Milk star kicked a photographer and tried to break his camera on October 12th, 2009 in Brentwood, California.
Both of the counts are misdemeanors, and if convicted, Penn could go to jail for one-and a-half years.
