Lindsay Lohan is not in Kansas anymore. The actress is currently in India and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive details on her exotic trip which is off to a rocky start. 

“She is a little overwhelmed and a little freaked out,” a source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. “Lindsay is trying to be a trooper but the whole experience is a little scary.”

Flanked by friend Patrick Aufdenkamp and her bodyguard, Lohan is primarily nervous about the lack of man power around. “There is still unrest in India and her celebrity makes her vulnerable,” the source added. “There isn’t much security there in general.”

While the trip was originally set up through philanthropist Scott Lazerson’s Interface Foundation, RadarOnline.com has learned that Lohan is on the trip with a UK-based production company seeking to do a documentary on human trafficking.

Publicly, Lohan is putting on a brave face.

“Going to make one of my lifelong dreams on my list of things to do in this lifetime!!!!! Wish me luck! Fill you guys in when I return to USA,” she wrote on her Twitter page. “Over 40 children saved so far...... Within one day's work...... This is what life is about..... Doing THIS is a life worth living!!! Oh, and I'm talking about being in India.”
