Edis Kayalar, the man at the center of an extortion scheme involving Cindy Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber, seemingly has a history of disturbing behavior. Earlier, RadarOnline.com revealed two separate temporary restraining orders filed against him by his current girlfriend, and now another order filed by his ex-wife has been uncovered with graphic details of his abuse.
In March 2008, Jaclyn Freckmann was granted a domestic violence restraining order against Kayalar. He was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from her and had to move out of her residence.
As for their relationship, Freckmann listed them as “married or registered domestic partners.” They were married on November 16, 2007, and separated three months after. Her account of his behavior is disturbing and horrific.
She detailed how Kayalar got violent once she asked him to move out: “On February 12,2008 I asked Respondent to move out. As he was packing he told me he did not want to leave and wanted to work things out. This turned into a physical encounter. He pushed me up against the wall, slapped, me and yelled at me.”
It got worse from there the next morning: “I wouldn’t speak to him so he punched, choked, restrained me, and then he continued to beat me and then rape me. As he restrained me he held his fist to my face and said if I screamed he would kill me, and had no problem doing it. He said if he killed me no one would ever find out and he could just leave the country. Alter raping me with a foreign object, he started choking and suffocating me until I lost consciousness. My body went into shock, I started shaking, hyperventilating, and could not see properly. He resuscitated me, I threw up and then he continued to beat with his fist and told me I was stupid. He held me hostage in my home.”
