So You Think You Can Dance choreographer Alex Da Silva Tuesday was charged with sexually assaulting four women after being arrested at his North Hollywood home, police tell RadarOnline.com. He’s currently being held on $6.2 million bail, police said.
Da Silva, a 41-year-old salsa instructor, was charged altogether with eight felony counts — including four counts of forcible rape, two counts of assault with intent to commit rape and two counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object — for incidents that took place between August 2002 and March 2009.
He was originally arrested last April, but at that time, he was not charged and was released.
The victims, according to police, are all aspiring dancers between the ages of 20-26.
Da Silva will be arraigned Thursday at Van Nuys Superior Court.
