EXCLUSIVE: Lawyer Is “Sure” A Case Being Made Against Murray

In response to allegations that Dr. Conrad Murray injected Michael Jackson with propofol the day before his death, lawyers for Murray have spoken out exclusively to RadarOnline.com.

“It’s a waste of time responding to all these timed ‘leaks’ from ‘anonymous’ sources,” said Tammy Kidd, spokesperson for Murray’s lawyer Ed Chernoff.

“I have no doubt they want to make a case – for goodness sakes, its Michael Jackson – but things tend to shake out when all the facts are made known.”

As we reported exclusively, Murray will likely face manslaughter charges.

“Everyone needs to take a breath and wait for these long delayed toxicology results,” Kidd said.
