Robert Rosen, a paparazzi, has filed an amended complaint against Chris Brown and L.A. Fitness, Inc. stemming from an incident on March 13th.
Rosen claims he was roughed up by Brown’s unidentified bodyguard and falsely imprisoned by L.A. Fitness employees.
The photog is suing for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, negligence hiring, premises liability, and false imprisonment.
Documents obtained by RadarOnline.com state, “The bodyguard/employee approached plaintiff, picked him up by his short, and physically assaulted him, which was a substantial factor that caused further injuries.”
Rosen claims he is now unable to work because of the injuries he suffered.
Rosen has a history of run-ins with Hollywood celebs. Back in 2007 he filed a lawsuit against Pierce Brosnan after Rosen claimed the 007 star hit him in the ribs. The lawsuit was eventually dismissed.
