Exclusive Interview: Geragos On Hunt For Person Who Leaked Rihanna Photo

UPDATE: Chris Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos intends to file a Pitchess motion, RadarOnline.com learned. That motion typically allows defense counsel to examine the personnel file of police officers and could help Geragos get the case gainst his client dismissed.
Chris Brown's attorney is on the hunt for the person who leaked the photograph of a badly beaten Rihanna.
In court today, as a preliminary hearing date was set for May 28, Mark Geragos told RadarOnline.com: "I will be be filing a motion in this case regarding the leaks." He went on to explain that the motion centered around the Rihanna picture AND several other incidents of leaks about the case.

The information certainly could be prejudicial toward his client. Brown is facing two felony charges and cops say he badly beat girlfriend Rihanna inside his car.
