Angie Everhart Warrant Thrown Out

A bench warrant issued for Angie Everhart on Tuesday was thrown out Wednesday morning.

Everhart's attorney Richard Hutton tells RadarOnline.com: "The warrant for Angie's arrest was quashed, set aside. The clerk's office erroneously calculated the total of the fine amount and the court waived the additional $50 of the recalculated amount. 

"This incident was a result of a clerical error in the court system and has been resolved."

The redheaded beauty pleaded no contest last year to a reduced charge of reckless driving stemming from a DUI arrest in April, 2008.

The model/actress is currently six months pregnant and hasn't divulged the identity of the father.
