Breaking Developments in Britney Spears Lawsuit

New developments in Sam Lutfi's breach of contract lawsuit against Britney Spears.

RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained new court documents filed by Britney's dad, Jamie Spears.

Jamie has been acting on behalf of his daughter as her conservator and he had filed a motion with the court asking that the law firm of Boxer and Marella be allowed to represent Britney in the lawsuit filed by Lutfi .

Today, the court granted the motion to have the law firm represent Britney in the breach of contract lawsuit against her.

It has been ruled in previous hearings that Britney is not capable of hiring attorneys on her own, so her father took this action as her legal conservator.
