Top Rapper Raps With Jury

By Jon Boon - Radar Reporter

Halle Berry and her custody battling baby daddy ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry were back in court yet again on Monday - but this time it's merely to settle attorney fees, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The pair is currently behind closed doors together in a secret closed session at the Los Angeles courthouse thrashing out the financial aspects of their ongoing custody war, which culminated in a brutal Thanksgiving brawl between the 36-year-old Canadian model and Halle's French-born fiance Olivier Martinez.

Rapper T.I. — whose real name is Clifford Harris — took the stand in Cincinnati today, telling jurors that the gunfire directed at his posse during a car chase 2 years ago were supposed to take him out.

“All those rounds were fired for me, in my opinion,” he said.

He was testifying in the trial of Hosea Thomas, who is accused of shooting Philant Johnson during the shootout that took place on I-75.

The gun fight occurred following a post-concert bash at a nightclub. T.I. testified that as his van drove off, another vehicle came up behind them and opened fire.

T.I. is one of the hottest rappers in the world today, his new CD Paper Trail having debuted at the number one spot on the record charts.
