KATHOUSE The Cruises' $32.5M manse in Beverly Hills
The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate just absorbed by the TomKat wasn't even for sale. But $32.5 million convinced real estate superstar Kurt Rappaport, who owned the home and co-owns of the Westside Estate Agency, to sell right quick. (The blog Real Estalker got the sale price from a well-placed source.)
The house has two satellite buildings, one of which the previous owner used as a gym and massage den, and the other as a screening room. (Photos here were taken before TomKat took ownership.) It is rumored that TomKat will convert them to guest houses for the coterie of family members and Scientology "minders" that station themselves alongside the Cruises.
