That's a little bit what it was like watching The Hills Season Four premiere.
What's new: Audrina's birthday, we learn, is just around the corner. (And thus The Hills further perfects the art of manufacturing hours of drama around two girls who met in fashion school a few years ago and the parties they attend.)
Lauren has a date with guy named Doug. Doug and Lauren met in high school. Really? Can any Laguna Beach fans confirm? Because everything about Doug reeks of "if I just hit my marks and tell Lauren she's pretty, the cover of Details is MINE!
