SHEAR MADNESS Peters

Superman Returns producer Jon Peters's freaky-ass behavior has landed him in court yet again. A lawsuit filed yesterday in California superior court accuses the famously deposed Sony Pictures chieftan of sexually harassing a female employee, and claims he exposed himself to her three-year-old daughter.

Plaintiff Shelly Morita alleges that during the year she worked as Peters's personal assistant, ending in February 2006, she was "harassed, verbally abused, and intimidated," to the point where she was forced to resign. Most of the actions alleged in the lawsuit fall under the standard pervy boss category. For instance: "On many occasions while plaintiff was performing her duties, Peters would rub plaintiff's legs or walk by and grab plaintiff's breasts or buttocks, all without her consent."

But sometimes his alleged attentions took stranger forms. To wit: During a car ride the two shared on a trip to Australia, "Peters kept on asking plaintiff to smoke marijuana, and when plaintiff refused, he tried to blow the smoke on Plaintiff's face, leaned towards plaintiff and started kissing plaintiff."

More creepily, the suit alleges that Peters, who also produced Caddyshack, Flashdance, Rainman, and Batman, exposed himself to Morita and her three-year-old daughter, and asked the child, "Do you want to see how boys go pee?"
