Pakistan President Musharraf To Exit

WSJ: "Pakistan's President Pervez Musharraf is expected to leave office in the next few days before Pakistan's Parliament takes up impeachment proceedings against him after the president's aides and officials of Pakistan's leading political party reached a breakthrough in secret talks designed to ease Mr. Musharraf's departure from office, according to a person familiar with the situation."
Well thank God! Once Musharraf goes, the country is sure to return to the oasis of stability we'd once known. Surely this will usher in a new era of government where corruption is unheard of and the Taliban soldiers who slip over the Afghan border are dealt with harshly. Everything's starting to go our way!
