Oh, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, why must you toy with us? Though they've yet to officially confirm their coupledom, the boyish New York Observer owner and the buxom real-estate heiress were once again acting like a pair at last night's Observer-sponsored kickoff party for Location, a weeklong fashion and art exhibit in Soho.
"You know, apart from the boob job, she seems really cool and down to earth," commented one partygoer as Trump, barely contained by her strapless dress, breezed by. (Another guest, a fashion editor, questioned whether the two were indeed together, having spotted Kushner on the street with a "model-type girl" two weeks earlier. Scandal!)

Reached later for comment about the nature of his relationship with Trump, Kushner told RadarOnline.com, "Our status is still the same, just friends."
Surveying the room, the scion of another New York power family, PR guru Steven Rubenstein, deemed it an unusually attractive crowd. But Rubenstein couldn't stay long, having lined up a hot date of his own—with his bluegrass guitar teacher.
