Teamwork?: According to Hillary Clinton, a ticket with herself and rival Barack Obama is a distinct possibility—it just remains to be seen who’s on top. Lads who lunch: John McCain is expected to receive President Bush‘s endorsement later today. McCain sealed the deal on the Republican nomination Tuesday, with wins in Texas, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
