Liberal Arts Students Take Field Trip to Chicken Ranch

A group of students from Randolph Liberal Arts College in Virginia toured a ho farm. It was part of a course on American consumption and "the ideas that consume us," and, really, where better to catch the consumption than Pahrump, Nevada's Chicken Ranch? Previous trips for the class have included post-Katrina New Orleans, Walt Disney World, and the Civil Rights Memorial Center in Montgomery, Alabama. The whores thing is a first—for madam Debbie Rivenburgh, too, who says she hasn't had a class visit in 21 years of running the gash palace.
