"Robert Williamson's claims against them were so frivolous and it is great to see justice done in this case," Gunvalson's representative tells RadarOnline.com. "Brooks has been through a lot and he is really glad that he can finally move on from this."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, professional poker player Robert Williamson III sued Gunvalson in 2013 over claims she failed to promote the line.

The following month, he filed another suit against Ayers, alleging breach of contract, breach of convenient of good faith and fair dealing, misrepresentations, fraud, and omissions, unjust enrichment, civil conspiracy and promissory estoppel.

But according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the judge decided that there was sufficient "evidence that he in no way breached the contract."

Gunvalson's suit is still pending, but sources close to her are confident that in light of the recent ruling, it is likely she will get off the hook as well.
